Chief of SWAT Kirk Jacobs was born in 1992 in King’s San Fierro. He moved to Los Santos and started his police academy training on November 17, 2000. Deputy Chief Jacobs has steadily moved up through the ranks: including, police officer, sergeant, lieutenant, captain, and commander. he served to be the best police officer and being rewarded to assigned as a Officer in Charge for the Division of SWAT in August 2012, was attempt to killed by the terrorist who has escaped from the prison that he have arrest in the raid. In Febuary 2013, Deputy Chief Jacobs was selected by Chief Police Charlie Beck to serve as the Department’s Chief of SWAT.

Chief jacob have been serve the department for almost 30 years, he serve the department first than chief charlie beck.
