FEBRUARY 9, 2014 - The Los Santos Police Department has made a new project called " Cadet 101 ", Chief Charlie Beck has think that project for the future cadet and future officers of Los Santos Police Department, this training field can also be use by the law enforcement government officials... this is the biggest and greatest training field that everyone can use. Training Field has Office's, Meeting Room, Firing Section, Speed & Accuracy Test Section, Tactical Section & Others. Training Field can be located at Whitewood Estate, Las Venturas.

This project of Chief Charlie Beck is the 10th Project he had made after he sit to be the chief of police of PD.
